ERP data is sensitive. ERP Intelligence is designed so that people only see what they are already allowed to see, and everything is recorded.

Respects Oracle access: Users sign in with their own Oracle credentials, so answers stay within their roles and responsibilities. Approved Directors can be given full access. If someone lacks access, the assistant says so rather than guessing.
Secure connection: Read-only by default. For EBS, a small connector runs inside your own network, so there is no direct database access from the cloud and no cloud service ever touches your EBS credential.
Isolated by company: Each company has its own private workspace. Your data, reference documents and learning are never shared with other customers.
Full audit trail: Every query, review and administrator action is recorded with the user, company and timestamp, with reporting on usage, queries answered and conflicts found.

What is ERP Intelligence?

ERP Intelligence is an AI assistant for Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud. You ask a question in plain English, and it returns the answer, the supporting records and a chart from your own Oracle data.

Which Oracle systems does it support?

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. You can connect more than one instance and switch between them in the same screen.

Do my users need to know SQL or Oracle table names?

No. Users ask in everyday business language, such as "Show suppliers created in the last 30 days". Naming the module and the time period helps the answer come back sharper.

Will people see data they are not allowed to see?

No. Users sign in with their own Oracle credentials, so answers stay within their roles and responsibilities. If something is outside a person's access, the assistant tells them so. If no data is found, it says so clearly rather than guessing.

Is the connection to our Oracle system secure?

Yes. The connection is read-only by default. For EBS, a small connector runs inside your own network, so there is no direct database access from the cloud, and no cloud service ever touches your EBS credential. Each company's workspace is isolated from every other customer.
