Access risk reviews are slow, manual and hard to defend

Most teams start from a blank page of rules, wait for a specialist to run it, and track and resolve conflicts by email. By the time auditors ask for evidence, it is inconsistent and often scattered across files and inboxes.

From library to audit evidence in five steps

1

Choose

Select controls from the library of ready-made controls or build your own.

2

Activate

Activate the controls you want, and name an owner for each one.

3

Assess

Run an assessment now, or schedule it daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly.

4

Resolve

Assign reviewers. Each conflict is accepted or remediated, with a reason.

5

Evidence

Dashboards, reports and a tamper-evident audit trail, ready for audit.

What you get

Ready-made control library

100+ ready-made controls for Oracle EBS and Fusion, ready to use. Pick and choose the ones that apply, or add your own. The library is kept separate from the controls you have actually deployed.

Build your own controls

Combine business-language capabilities to create new controls. Manage each capability and the access behind it, and import them so you do not start from scratch.

Test before you go live

Simulate the conflicts a new control would find before you activate it. Test results are not kept, so you can try freely.

Active Controls with owners

Choose which controls apply to your business. Each has a named owner. If you inactivate a control, it is omitted from future assessments, and its history is kept to preserve the audit trail.

Assess when you need to

Run all active controls, or just one. Run them on demand or on a schedule, so risk is checked continuously, not once a year.

One list of every conflict

Filter by status, control, user or responsible person. Assign in bulk, or by business unit or location, to get the right conflict in front of the right reviewer.

A clear resolution path

Unassigned, Assigned, then Accepted or Remediated, always with a written reason. Attach supporting evidence to the decision.

Fix the biggest risks first

A risk ranking and fix-first queue show which users carry the broadest exposure, so effort goes where it matters.

Preview before you change access

See the effect of removing responsibilities before anyone touches your Oracle system. Nothing is changed by the preview.

Wider security checks

Go beyond segregation of duties with checks such as dormant accounts and password-policy exceptions.

AI that explains and recommends. Rules that decide.

Every finding comes from controls specific to your business, based on clear, repeatable rules. AI sits on top to help your team understand the findings and act on them.

  • Ask the AI Analyst in plain English who holds conflicting or privileged access.
  • Use "Explain with AI" on any finding to see what it means in business terms.
  • Get recommendations on what to review or remove first.
  • Upload your own policies so answers reflect your standards.

"Who can both create suppliers and enter invoices?"

What it finds
7 users hold both duties. Five of them sit in the same business unit.
Why it matters
That pattern suggests the access came from one shared responsibility, not from individual requests. It is a classic fraud risk.
Recommendation
Review the shared responsibility first. Preview the effect of removing it, then assign the remaining conflicts to their owners.

Built with privacy and security in mind

Access data is sensitive. Risk Intelligence is designed around your privacy and security, and supports audit whenever you need it.

Read-only, secure connection
Risk Intelligence only reads access data. For EBS, a small agent runs inside your network, so the cloud never connects to your Oracle database directly.
Isolated by company
Each company has its own private workspace. Your controls, findings and policies are never shared with other customers.
Role-based access
Administrators, analysts, reviewers and auditors each see only what their role needs. Sign-in is protected, with automatic lockout after repeated failed attempts.
Full audit trail
Every sign-in, assessment, decision and export is recorded with the user and timestamp in a tamper-evident audit ledger.
Defensible findings
Controls are evaluated by rules, not by AI, so every finding can be traced to the exact rule version that produced it.
Evidence on demand
Auditors get their own read-only role, and can download findings, remediation and audit information as Excel, PDF or Word reports.

Frequently asked questions

What is OneGlobe Risk Intelligence?
Risk Intelligence is an AI-enabled access governance solution for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion applications. It detects segregation-of-duties and sensitive-access conflicts, manages them through to resolution, and gives auditors the evidence they need.
Which Oracle applications does it support?
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion applications.
Do we have to build our controls from scratch?
No. The Control Library includes 100+ ready-made controls for Oracle EBS and Fusion. You can pick and choose the ones that apply, build your own, or do both. Your own controls are added to the library as tenant-defined controls.
Can we test a control before using it?
Yes. Before a control is made active, you can run a test assessment that simulates the conflicts it would find. Test results are not kept, so you can try freely.
How often can we run assessments?
On demand or on a schedule: daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. You can assess all active controls together, or run a standalone assessment for a single control.
How are conflicts managed?
Every conflict is listed in one place with its control, remediation status, user and responsible person. New conflicts start as Unassigned. Once a reviewer is selected they become Assigned, and the reviewer then marks them Accepted or Remediated with a written reason. Conflicts go to the control owner by default, and can be reassigned individually or assigned in bulk.
Does AI decide what counts as a conflict?
No. Findings come from clear rules, not from AI. AI explains findings in business language, answers questions in plain English and recommends a course of action.
Can we preview the effect of removing access?
Yes. The What-If Studio shows the effect of removing responsibilities before anyone changes access in your Oracle system. The preview changes nothing.
What do auditors get?
Auditors have their own read-only role. They can see findings, remediation decisions and the audit ledger, and download evidence as Excel, PDF or Word reports. Every sign-in, assessment, decision and export is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Is it secure?
Yes. Security and privacy are designed in. Risk Intelligence only reads access data. For EBS, a small agent runs inside your own network, so the cloud never connects to your Oracle database directly. Each company has its own isolated workspace, users see only what their role allows, sign-in is protected, and every sign-in, assessment and decision is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail.
