Skills Required:

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12/Oracle ERP Cloud (SaaS) projects across Finance, SCM, HRMS and Project Accounting, iProcurement and iSupplier modules.

  • Should have worked on at least 2 end-to-end Oracle R12 EBS implementations, rollout or upgrade.

  • Should be familiar with Oracle Apps architecture & have good functional knowledge in Finance, SCM, HRMS and Project Accounting modules.

  • Should be proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle workflow, AME oracle application framework, page development, (OAF) personalization and customization, Bi publisher, Oracle forms, Oracle reports, AOL objects, Exposure to PTP and OTC modules- RICEW development and support.

  • Should be good in Workflow Builder, BI Publisher, Shell scripts, and Java.

  • Should have experience in at least one of the following technologies - APEX, OBIEE, OAF, ADF, and SOA.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer Management / Project Management skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements, functional design and interact with users.

  • Do technical design and implement the solution.

  • Hands on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain sign-off.

  • Experience in working with various financials data upload / migration techniques like FBDI / ADFDI and related issue resolutions.

  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

  • Strong experience in Support Life Cycle, SLA management and working with Oracle Product and Cloud Infra support group.

  • Experience in supporting period end closure activities.

  • Experience in reconciliation of financial data between GL and subledger modules.

  • Should be able to manage the Finance Track independently, interact with clients, conduct business requirement meetings and user training sessions.

  • High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of Financial Modules with other modules like Projects, Procurement / Order Management and HCM.

  • Coordinate with team to close the client requests on time and within SLA.

  • Good understanding of Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).

  • Should have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall stability, performance, security and recover-ability of Oracle and Oracle Application databases.

  • Install/Create database, Database Refresh, Database Administration, Database Backups/Recovery and Database Migration.

  • Establish, coordinate, and maintain databases and database environments for testing, production, training, and user demonstration.

  • Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for all database systems.

  • Managing and configuring Concurrent Managers, cloning, patch management, printer setup, troubleshooting apps related issues.

  • Monitor and optimize performance of Oracle/Oracle Applications and the database as a unit.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the PROD/DEV environments.
