Chandra provides the strategic vision for OneGlobe and the leadership to execute it successfully. Chandra brings over two and half decades of business and technology consulting experience helping clients create world-class business solutions in areas of Enterprise Solutions, Digital Transformation, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Financial Shared Services and Systems Integration. Chandra has significant experience consulting for Fortune 2000 companies. Chandra holds an MBA from National Institute of Technology, India.

Global Sales Head & Chief Customer Success Officer

Larry Leads OneGlobe’s global sales and business development efforts. Larry brings nearly three decades of experience in the Information Technology (IT) Industry, Including close to 20 years in Consulting. In his role as a Partner/Managing Director at KPMG Consulting/Bearing Point he led and managed some of the largest and most complex global Oracle based transformation projects at companies such as GE, Alcoa, USG to name a few. Larry holds an MBA from Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts, USA.

AMRUT RAJ AKKONE

Director - APAC & Middle East

Amrut leads OneGlobe’s growth in APAC and Middle East. Amrut has around 25 years of experience in rolling out business transformation solutions across diverse industry verticals. He has led large and complex Oracle transformation projects in the middle East and India across both the public as well as private sectors. In his previous role, he successfully built a young consulting organization to become a leading player in its chosen market. Amrut holds a mechanical engineering degree from UVCE, Bangalore, India, and a diploma in Management.

Janeen COYLE

Alliances and Business Development Strategist

With over 25 years of experience in the Oracle ecosystem as a trusted advisor and consultant, channel partner and customer, Janeen is responsible for formulating and executing OneGlobe's go-to-market strategy. Goal clarity, mutually beneficial relationships, and meaningful collaboration all fuel Janeen's passion for delivering excellence with OneGlobe's alliance partners, team members, and customers.

SUJATHA VENKATESAN

Sr. Manager - Talent Management

Sujatha leads the strategic HR function of OneGlobe. With more than a decade of experience in diverse HR functions, Sujatha is responsible for bringing the right talent to the organization, designing and implementing HR policies, fostering a professional, innovative and growth-oriented work culture and designing robust performance management processes and employee engagement programs. Sujatha holds an MBA from Bharathiyar University.

Mike Butler

Vice President

Mike Butler is a Vice President at OneGlobe and brings over 35 years of diverse business experience to OneGlobe’s Executive Team. Mike has a unique combination of information technology and global business experience which he has used to establish a long track record of success as a respected IT Strategist, Practice Leader, and Solution Architect. For the past 30 years, Mike has delivered Oracle-based solutions to over 75 companies around the globe in healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, financial services, and other industries, including over six years of delivering and supporting Oracle Cloud applications. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida State University and currently resides in the Washington, DC area. Mike enjoys pickleball, scuba diving, traveling, playing saxophone, and spending time with his wife and four boys.

Prasath PALANIRAJ

Practice Director - ERP

Prasath specializes in designing and delivering ERP Applications. Prasath has 15+ years of total experience, started his career in a leading automotive company and transitioned to an IT consulting professional. At OneGlobe, he is responsible for leading the ERP and SCM solutions that satisfy the strategic, financial, and operations needs of the customer. Prasath’s experience with various consulting and managerial positions has helped him play a crucial role in the success of numerous global projects. Prasath holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, India.

Nagalingam BATHIRAPPAN

Practice Director - Integration Services and Application Development

Nagalingam specializes in designing and delivering complex Oracle Application Integrations. Nagalingam has over 12 years of experience as Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant and over 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud integrating various on premise and SaaS/third party applications, Chatbot development, RPA solutions deployment, and full stack application development. Under his able leadership, the team has successfully implemented the migration and customization of numerous enterprise software solutions on Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.

Sridhar Yogeswaran

Practice Director - Business Analytics & GRC

Sridhar is a seasoned Information Technology (IT) professional with 20+ years of experience in leading IT initiatives - developing the Strategy and Vision, full life cycle large global ERP Implementations, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) projects across the globe. Sridhar is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and possesses deep domain knowledge and brings a blend of IT risk and business process knowledge providing pragmatic recommendations and innovative solutions. As a highly valued consultant to various reputed companies, he has transformed numerous businesses with his diverse process and technology expertise.

GOWRISHANKAR SUBRAMANIAN

Practice Director - Database and Infrastructure Services

Gowrishankar brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Oracle database management and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). He excels in architecting, implementing, and optimizing Oracle solutions to meet diverse business requirements. His expertise is demonstrated through a history of successful project deliveries, performance tuning, and maintaining high availability of crucial databases. Gowrishankar holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, India.

Prakash Natarajan

Director - Finance

Prakash Natarajan, our Finance Director, has over 12 years of experience in finance and consulting. His expertise spans Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Risk Management Cloud, Oracle GRC, Hyperion Planning, and process improvement. As an Oracle Advanced Controls specialist, Oracle FRC Cloud Expert, he is equipped to drive our financial success and provide top-tier consulting to clients. He manages financial operations, from accounting and compliance to reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, always ensuring efficiency. Prakash is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
