UCAL Fuels Operational Excellence with Oracle Integration Cloud RPA

Already an Oracle Cloud Applications customer, UCAL chose to deepen its Oracle investment by shifting from UiPath to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its native RPA capabilities. OneGlobe partnered with UCAL to modernize two high-impact processes: Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Consolidation and Sales Order Processing.

Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Consolidation

GRN consolidation had long relied on manual effort, slowing operations and limiting visibility.
OneGlobe designed and deployed an OIC Integration solution with RPA BOT features that securely logs into multiple vendor portals, downloads GRN details, matches them against customer invoices in Oracle Fusion, and updates validated information directly into the system. The result: faster reconciliation, improved reporting accuracy, and redeployment of staff to do higher-value work.

Sales Order Processing

Sales Order Processing in Oracle Fusion right from order entry through shipment and invoicing was previously time-consuming, resource-intensive, and prone to errors. To address these challenges and improve accuracy, OneGlobe developed an automation utility leveraging the native integration and RPA capabilities of Oracle Integration Cloud.

This solution automates the end-to-end workflow, from order creation through fulfillment to shipment confirmation, while clearly flagging exceptions in a user-friendly format.

As a result, UCAL now benefits from higher accuracy, significantly reduced processing time, lower resource costs, and improved visibility into receivables.
