Today’s automation combines RPA + AI + workflow orchestration, enabling end-to-end process automation.

Conceptually, RPA uses software “robots” to perform repetitive, rules-based digital tasks that humans normally do—such as entering data, processing forms, moving information between systems, and executing routine workflows. Modern RPA integrates AI, allowing bots to understand documents, interpret language, and make simple decisions. RPA is often used where APIs are not available or are too costly/time-consuming to implement, making UI automation the fastest integration path.

These bots mimic human computer actions:
